Parenting a child with unique educational needs can be challenging. Parents always want what is best for their children, but that is not always easy. Fighting for the needs of a child can be exhausting and terrifying. How does someone keep advocating when they are fought on every side?  This is where Elite Educational Consulting (EEC) comes in.

EEC offers a wide variety of educational services. Our goal is to advocate for students and families in the Richmond, Virginia area and beyond. We want every student to access free and appropriate public education (FAPE) under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Whether a student has an IEP, a 504 plan, or complex behavioral needs, EEC has the expertise to navigate our educational system.

Creating an Educational Partnership

Parents can benefit directly from a partnership with Elite Educational Consulting. Dr. Crawford and her team have extensive experience working with parents to help them understand their rights within the educational system.

EEC offers parent consulting according to the principles of IDEA. This means the right to a student evaluation or reevaluation at any time. If parents receive pushback from schools in this area, EEC can help advocate for those rights.
EEC is also experienced in supporting parents through academic and disciplinary hearings. Having someone to support parents and students in these events can significantly impact the outcome.


That support also extends to ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), where parental engagement is vital in closing educational gaps.
